the other day we went to richmond so mommy could do some birthday party shopping. while she shopped auntie leigh and i went to park close to her house. so much fun!!!!! i loved the butterfly bouncy thingy.

Maymont Park

i went to visit auntie leigh the other day and had a blast. we did a class at the little gym followed by Maymont park petting zoo. I saw so many animals but the goats were particularly friendly. I love my auntie leigh so much and said her name for most of the car ride to richmond.

sorry for the late update. i've been very busy on the farm. i went to the little gym to see my auntie leigh. i had so much fun swinging like a monkey. i think i might have a knack for that sort of thing.

I've started using a big-girl potty! I'm very proud of me, I can tell Mommy & Daddy when I need to go potty and they take me to use the big potty! As exciting as it is, they said they won't put any pictures on the blog, which you'll appreciate now, and I'll appreciate later.

Time to go feed my chickens!

we have a video that goes with this but i can't seem to get it to upload. but it's cute all the same. Our local kroger has these great baskets that are kids size that are perfect for me to push around. mom and dad just have to watch to make sure i don't run anything over.

I had so much fun eater morning. the easter bunny was really good to me. i got pez, a light up easter egg, an apron, tootsie rolls, and a book. and i was made even better by having unco brad and auntie leigh there with mom and dad.

Chickens

Dad thought every good farm girl needs chickens so he went out and got me eight of them. He converted and old dog house to their coop and got them all nice in cozy underneath a heat lamp. I'm still a little baffled by them but i love them all the same.

Dying easter eggs

oh my goodness was this a blast. I came out looking like a green monster my hands were so dyed. I had so much fun i didn't was to stop even though it was pretty late at night.

Church Easter Egg Hunt

The church in Madisonville had an easter egg hunt on saturday. I had so much fun there were animals to look at and plenty of candy. The only thing is during the hunt i only wanted the candy i wanted nothing to so with the closed up plastic easter eggs.

Today was just a day of first. I've always been interested in cameras but today i got to take my own pictures. I don't know what mom was thinking but here are some of the better results of this experiment.

Boots

So today I decided i wanted to wear boots for the first time. I went into my closet, fished out my cowgirl boots from auntie leigh and put them on. Mom was so surprised she had to yell to daddy to get the camera. She thought i would take them off immediately since i've never liked to wear boots before but today i was loving it it. but i still wasn't really into posing for the pictures so these are the best mom got.

Waimea

We all went to waimea this past weekend. i had so much fun. we stayed at uncle steve's house. i got to see my auntie bela. who i just adore. I follow her around everywhere and want to be a big kid just like her. One day while mom, dad, and uncle steve were prepping for a bbq i found some cleaning gloves which make the perfect driving gloves for the scooter uncle had. i thought i made such a fashion icon with this look. what do you think?

mommy's birthday

It was mommy's 30th birthday yesterday so dad and i decided to take her out to lunch at the royal hawaiian hotel. we had so much fun and i got to wear a dress up dress.
