Toes

I just noticed these crazy things called toes.  They keep me entertained in the morning so mom can have her coffee and wake up.

Tourist Time

Mom, Oma, and I went touring south of Kona.  We went to the Painted Church and Kealakekua Bay.  It was HOT down that way.  I'm glad I live up in Waimea;  I don't like all that heat.

I'm getting it

I'm working on the whole balance and standing thing.  Dad has to help with the standing part but i think i'm pretty good.  Plus dad makes funny faces when i stand.  He's such a dork.

Bumbo Time

I'm starting get a handle on this whole sitting thing.

Bath Time

Oma gave me all my baths while she was here. She's really good at it. I just love the water.

Sunny day in Waimea!

While dad cleaned the garage and mom worked; Oma and I enjoyed a beautiful day outside.  The wind really kept the dangly toy bouncing.  I loved it.  It kept me occupied for a good long while.

Ain't I a Cutie

When Oma got here we went to the beach again.  After a long day of swimming a good snuggle in the beach towel is the best!

2 month Check up

I had my two month check up last Monday and boy, am I a healthy little girl!  I now weigh 12 pounds 6 ounces and I'm 25 inches long.  I also had to get my first round of shots.  I didn't like that much, but I think Mom took it harder then me.  I got to be snuggled and spoiled the rest of the day.

Long time no post

As some of you may know my Oma is here to visit from Michigan.  We've been having so much fun I haven't had time to download and post new images.  However, I wanted people to know that we are having the best time and I will share the photos soon.

Beach Exploring

Dad and I went exploring the tidal pools.  We got to see really spiffy crabs.

Super Kaija

I love playing Airplane!

The beach -part 2 Kaija and Mommy

All that swimming really tuckered me out.

The Beach -part 1 Kaija and Daddy

I had my first trip to the beach yesterday.  At first I was a little leery of the water but then it turned out fun.  It's much better then the bath.
Look at my cool tent.  Mom and Dad don't even have one.

I don't know about this floppy hat.

I'm almost walking.  The sand feels good on your toes but then it doesn't want to stay at the beach.  it wants to follow you home.

The Fourth of July

Mom had to explain all the fireworks to the big kids.  I can't wait till i'm old enough for fireworks!

Dad was making sure i was all good during the fourth.

The big kids were checking up on me to see if i was enjoying the fireworks.
These were my favorite to watch.  I liked the bright lights.
